Mohammed was our (me and my husband, Steve) guide for a 3 day camel trek. We were very apprehensive about our camels being aggressive because of horror stories we had heard, not to mention our lack of experience on anything without wheels! Mohammed understood our concerns and over copious cups of sweet bedouin tea he listened to our questions patiently and explained all about his camels and how to ride them. This really helped our confidence and after this we were ready to go! The tour was everything we expected and more. We got to see the sites specific to our long-time hero, Lawrece of Arabia; Lawrence Spring, Lawrence House and all also all the other treasures the area has to offer. The food was a good standard, bearing in mind we were in the middle of the desert and most importantly our camels looked healthy in comparison to some of the scruffier ones we saw in the village. Our many camp was clean, warm and the highlight of the trip was falling soundly asleep in a cave at the end of a long day's ride.

Comnications and hospitality were very nice, we enjoyed trip and night a lot. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We can recommend it. Thank you very much, Mohammed. 😀
My family and I were there three times, with our three children. We enjoyed every minute with Muhammad and his staff, feeling always at home in a magical surrounding. His camp is a perfect starting point to discover Wadi Rum Park. He knows all positions and names of the stars walking in the desert at night. You can also try a traditional dance with his friends, near a bonfire. I suggest this experience for the chidren too as it is an easy way to approach the desert. In this place you can really feel what "ahlan wa sahlan" means. Silvio ed Erica
